What is your refund policy?
I got a $200 gift card to you guys, but don’t need it and would appreciate the cash instead. Can I email it you ?I got a gift card that I won in a give away from Randy Robins on Facebook and already booked my vacation and don’t need it anymore.
I thought I was going to get a check in the mail not a gift card. I would appreciate the check much better instead of the gift card.

How can I get a refund?I was originally told I would need to attend a 90 min presentation but when I talked to the actual resort, it increased to 90 min presentation + Breakfast with a sales person + travel to and from the resort (20 each way). Can you please help me get a refund from VIP.
The resort has issued a refund for their part but VIP has not. Please help.

How can I use a credit I have?,,,.
I attended Desert Oasis in Plam Springs in December 2020. I was informed that I would have a $300 credit to use toward a future trip.
I called this week to book a trip and I was informed my information is nkt.in computer but, I have a charge as proof from my bank with vIP TRAVEL BOOKINGS FOR $233.82 12Q3/2020.
WHAT IS GOING ON?????? Do I have to call the resort to request a receipt???

Can I visit two different owned resorts?I purchased a bookvip vacation to Breathless in Cancun (an AM Resort) but am now interested in visiting a non-AM resort such as Le Blanc (which is a palace resort) but still on bookvip. Am I eligible to purchase?

I booked with bookvip.com May 12, 2020– Westgate Smoky Mountain Resorts. A graduation trip and vacation for our family. We needed a cabin that sleeps 6 but we was only able to get a room that’s sleeps 4 people and yes I did voice my concern to the agent which again he told me I could call back to upgrade to the room that sleeps 6 people if not available that I could cancel for free. The agent NEVER ONCE told me the reservation was non refundable. May 13, 2020 I go directly onto Westgate Resorts website and see that they have a room available that sleeps 6 people— so when I call bookvip May 13, 2020 to cancel the reservation I finds out the reservation is non refundable. They offers to change the dates but it doesn’t change the fact that I need a cabin that sleeps 6 people. Now looking at my reservation I notice I have the Trip Guard Insurance but the lady from bookvip.com tells me that only applies if you book without dates. Please explain this to me. I have sent Mr. James Colligan; the owner of bookvip an email asking for a refund but haven’t heard anything back. I feel I should be refunded my whole dollar amount because the agent in fact did lie about the refund policy and it clearly says here in regards to the insurance I should be refunded.
